An international journey shaped by design culture
The defining moments of my career and professional transformation
Italian-trained designer, I have been living in mainland France since 2008, after working in Italy and Germany. I hold a technical diploma in graphic design and advertising, completed in 2003 with a specialization internship. I began my career as a graphic designer in international environments and quickly progressed to roles as art director and team manager.
Over the years, I transitioned into digital product design, gaining deep expertise in UI and UX. This shift was driven by continuous professional development, allowing me to take on strategic roles as a lead designer and design team manager—particularly in SaaS and complex business interface environments.
My skill set spans a broad range of technologies (Angular, PHP, Vue.js, Vanilla JS, LWC, DAX), often applied to multiple projects within the same organization. I also lead DesignOps initiatives to streamline design processes, optimize tools, and embed design strategy into organizational structures.
I frequently work as a design advocate in low-maturity environments, using playful and educational activities to raise awareness within teams. I also maintain a strong focus on accessibility, ensuring WCAG standards are fully integrated into project workflows.
Operationally, I cover the full end-to-end design process: discovery and scoping, UX research, ergonomic and interaction design, UI creation, design system governance, and final delivery to development teams, including implementation follow-up.
